To be honest I am having some difficulties. First they aren't lying about being careful when screwing the filters in. I broke the threaded portion off the black filter. I may be able to fix it. I used a cork to plug the hole for the 2nd filter off for now. The other issue is the flow from the spigot doesn't run at the same rate the longer I leave the spigot open. If I pick the upper section up off the lower section it flows evenly but if I leave the upper section sitting on the lower section it seems to not bleed air in fast enough and flow from the spigot quickly slows to a trickle. I'm not sure if this is because of the cork I currently have in the filter hole or if it's just a very snug fit between the 2 sections. The assembly directions indicate that there should be a knob on the lid. My unit has neither a knob or a hole for a knob on the lid. I have an idea for fixing the airflow issue. It involves venting the lower tank. Construction of the unit is solid overall and the stand that's included is first rate. Water from the unit is noticeably better than the low budget filter pitcher we were using before. If a replacement black filter is available I will probably just replace the one I broke because I'm not sure my idea for repairing the threaded nipple will be successful.
The install was a little tricky at first but I managed to figure it out and it works amazingly well!! Water tastes much better than what I drank before.

Was packaged so nice..not hard to assemble. Beautiful to look at..the stand is a added bonus for me, I had purchased the other water filter from the Infowars store like 6 years ago and I had to find a makeshift stand so I didn't have to sit it at the edge of the counter to get water...SO THIS IS NICE!! We have used a Zero Water filter pitcher for years because our city water is so bad combined with old pipes. But it doesn't filter for fluoride. When this gravity filter became available I purchased one.
I learned the hard way after cleaning up multiple spills, as many reviewers have commented, that if the bottom chamber is full and water is still in the top chamber it will leak from the middle seam. Lesson learned.
The water straight out of this filter tastes great, but I am looking for actual results removing heavy metals and dissolved solids, not simply improved taste. I did several TDS tests this morning and am feeling a bit ambiguous. Look at the photos...the results speak for themselves.
Overall, as long as the fluoride filters are truly removing it, I guess I am happy. I will be submitting samples to a local company for detailed heavy metals testing and will review again once I get those results.

Since the system is gravity fed, if the lower chamber is already full while water remains in the upper chamber, it can overflow at the middle seam, so monitoring the water level is important. TDS readings also don’t identify specific contaminants being removed, so we understand why you’re pursuing more detailed testing. The water filter needs to have better instructions on how to deal with the blue plugs on the fluoride filters. And, our filter adds* particlate matter to the water. Very troubling. Straight out of the faucet, our water has 61 ppm dissolved solids. After running 3 full tanks through the water filter, it still comes out with 72 ppm dissolved solids. It should not be adding material to the water. It was still over 100 after the first tank ran through, and the instructions simply say to run 1 tank through and dispose. I have run 3 (which wastes a lot of water) and it is still not lower than the water was before it went in. Not sure if our charcoal filters are just bad, or if this is typical quality. But it is not usable for us at this point. Very disappointing. And when I emailed for further guidance about the plugs on the fluoride filters, I received no response. Also frustrating. And this was after receiving the water filter over a month later than advertised. It would be nice to recieve a response to these issues. Because at this point, it is just a waste of water and money.

Be aware this thing is a whopper, you'll want a dedicated table near a water source or a multi-gallon pitcher to fill it up and somewhere with 3-4 feet of vertical space.
Make sure you clean it before using there will be metal residue otherwise.
My biggest complaint with this thing is the spout. It's unmarked so which direction opens or closes the valve. Because of how it's placed the water stops flowing when there's less than two inches of water in the bottom. Installing a sloped bottom and having the spigot welded in would've been smarter.
I've seen other reviews talk about the flow problem and I also noticed. I solved my problem by inverting the spigot while filling and then flipping it back down after the tube inside is covered
Similar problem with the top reservoir, because of the plastic around the tit end of the carbon filter you'll never empty it and it will always hold at least 3 inches of water.
There's no max fill line or fl. oz. measurements marked inside the tank either so overfilling is a concern. A clear port on the front of the bottom tank so you can see the water level before adding more would help.
The edges on the stainless lid are also rather sharp, probably should've rolled the edges or used a slightly thicker gauge metal for the lid.
All in all I was very excited for this product but I'm not impressed. This thing doesn't feel like it was even tested before being put into production. I would have paid 50-75% more for a quality product made in America. I'm afraid this thing may need more R&D because as is it will be underwhelming to a large portion of people.

Very high quality except for two drawbacks.
1.) No handle on the top lip unlike other similar water filters, makes taking the lid on and off a pain.
2.) Very poor spout design. Very slow to pour / dispense water even when fully filled. When it is half empty or more, it just drizzles out. My big berkey spout dispenses water 3x faster!

It's pretty easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions. So far the water tastes really good. Only issue I've had with it is apparently I put too much water in the top I didn't think I did and it started spilling out of the middle section where the two main pieces fit together. So you can only put so much water in it. Other than that it's pretty good.

I now have 2 of your filters! One is for giving away! I have 2 absopure filters and 1 big Berkey. Yours is the best! I’m especially glad there are seperate filters for fluoride! I’m amazed that the ADA still claims fluoride is good for your teeth. Not really surprised because it seems like everybody is our government lies! The verdict is not out yet. When I fill my tank, it often leaks. There have been mornings. We woke up where there was water all over. Also, there is no pressure when I turn the Spicket on after I fill it. And when I test my water, it’s at 163 with my water tester. I was very excited to have good water and I thought this would be the answer, but I’m not sure. I don’t think they prepare you or show you how to use it very well. I would appreciate your advice and was told I could get the water tested. I don’t fill it until the bottom one is almost empty. Trying to do my best, Jodi.
This was very easy to set up, vs other filters I've had. That was one of the best things about setting this up. It was shipped with minimal, yet effective packaging to ensue its protection.
I added the spigot that is shown in the photo, because I like being able to see the water level. This was not included, I bought it previously.

Ha ha! I bought mine within the first few minutes of it being announced & I'm so happy that I did. Just bought a new house & we were quoted $14,000 for a whole home filtration system. The only other source of water that comes close to this filtered water is from a natural underground source in a forest on the reservation near Pinetop Arizona. In my opinion, this filtered water system produces pure water. I recommend this everyone.

The filters are poorly made, after the first filtering I set the top down gently on its side and the stem broke off, no response from support either. I would expect better quality for a filter this expensive.

I enjoy listening to Alex Jones. I bought the bovine colostrum and ziolite. I'm not a sycophant. I am saying that the bovine colostrum has reduced pain in my knees like nothing else has. No ibuprofen risk. I havent taken ibuprofen since I started Alex Jones Bovine Colostrum. Anyone with arthritis in the joints needs to try this. It works. A scoop in your morning coffee and no more pain.

Received the Gravity Water Filter last week after a two-month delivery delay and I am very impressed. To begin with, the packaging is exemplary, there is an outer box with some crumpled paper to protect the product box that holds the metal parts which are packed separately beautiful white synthetic fiber sacks with internal padding. The two filter sets are boxed separately inside the product box. All items are totally secure from shipment damage, in my opinion.
There is a one-page generic instruction on how to assemble the parts which unfortunately does not match the delivered unit exactly. One major thing left out is that the black filters must be primed before installation. Only later did I realize that those instructions are printed on the filter box itself. Unfortunately, I missed that on the first go around and had to redo the whole process the next day. Mea culpa.
Regardless, the unit itself is really well made of quality steel gleaming beautifully and the parts fit together perfectly. No leakage anywhere.
All in all, a fantastic offer from Alex at a cost about half of the what the market leader charges and still includes a donation to the cause – what’s not to like?

The water comes out of the spigot slow. It takes longer to filter water than what I had expected, so when the top chamber was mostly empty, I thought I'd fill it up again so it would continue to filter water as the lower chamber emptied. BIG mistake, because the water overflowed the lower chamber, seeping out where the two chambers meet and all over the counter. Just be aware. Otherwise, it's good knowing we're drinking clean water :)

Two complaints. I switched out the spigot because it poured really slow. And I cannot fill from the sink faucet because of the fluoride filter hanging down like a Berkey filter. But minor if the filter lasts. Ive had to replace the old Alexapure filters every 3 months for some time now. They used to last for years.
