I take a drop or 2 more than recommended..but im 324 pounds 6.2 and i use to be a super heavyweight cage fighter so im sure 1 drop a day is for the average man..other than that I've had no negative side effects..but the SSRI's that took for years took a toll on my body's way of burning fat
